Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage clients' inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct field negotiations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Meet performance targets for collection and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (university degree is not required)
- No work experience required; experience in BPO or sales is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Filipino; proficiency in English is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Computer Literacy: Must pass an online assessment test for basic computer skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Persuasion: Effectively encourages clients to settle their obligations.
- Negotiation: Handles objections and negotiates terms to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

- ₱16,770.00 Monthly
