Job Description

About the Job
We are looking for excellent Sales Managers who are committed to fulfill company sales objectives. This role will handle both inbound and outbound sales which will endorse the company products and make us one of the top providers of construction chemicals and materials throughout the country.

Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, and other courses related to the field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in selling of construction materials.
3. Have established connections with Contractors, Developers, and LGUs nationwide.
4. Undergone trainings in line with Sales.
5. Background knowledge on construction chemicals and materials, and still willing to learn.
6. Proficient in using different website designs and applications for product presentation.
7. Committed to hit the company’s target quota.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Location: BGC, Taguig
Reports to: Directly to the Management

Job Summary:

1. Promote the sale of all company products nationwide.
2. Actively communicates with clientele and prospect customers within the assigned area.
3. Discreet in negotiating company products with the clientele and prospect customers.
4. Creation of sales plans for the fulfillment of company sales objectives.
5. Regularly conduct market research for the accomplishment of their own responsibilities
6. Regularly establish new connections within the field.
7. Executes excellent product presentations to customers.
8. Carries out field works.
Actively reports to the Management about their work status.

Work Set-up: Office and Field, Mon-Fri, Saturday upon request by the Management.
Equipments needed: Own laptop and own transportation vehicle.
Compensation Package: 40,000-60,000 salary with commission, annual physical exam, government mandated benefits.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
