Job Description
As a Design QA Specialist at KDCI Outsourcing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the creative assets produced by our design team. Your attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong understanding of design principles will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of visual excellence for our clients' projects. You will collaborate closely with the design team, project managers, and clients to review, analyze, and provide actionable feedback on design deliverables. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our clients' branding, marketing campaigns, and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of design materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and user interfaces, to ensure alignment with project requirements, brand guidelines, and design best practices.
- Detailed Feedback: Provide clear and constructive feedback to designers regarding design elements such as typography, color schemes, composition, imagery, and overall visual coherence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project goals, objectives, and requirements, ensuring that designs meet or exceed expectations.
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify design-related issues or inconsistencies, communicate these effectively, and work with the design team to implement necessary changes or revisions.
- Quality Standards: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, design principles, and emerging technologies to uphold the highest level of design quality in all deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve design QA processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of design QA processes, feedback, and outcomes to facilitate ongoing improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience in design quality assurance, graphic design, or a related role.
- Must have a strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying design inconsistencies and issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback to designers.
- Proven ability to analyze design materials critically, identify potential problems, and propose creative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and clients.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing project requirements.
