Job Description
-With minimum 10 years of experience in various construction projects
-With at least 5 years on-the-job experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating position
-Must have outstanding knowledge in various calculations based on plans and specifications
-Responsible also in preparing DUPA in case new item of work arises in an on-going project
-Work experience must be related to construction projects such as but not limited to, roads and bridges, ports, dams (government projects under DPWH, PPA, NIA, DOTr, DILG, etc)
-Must have extensive knowledge on the standard guidelines and specifications of the different government agencies, particularly, but not limited to, DPWH, NIA, PPA, DOTr, DILG, etc.
-WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED AT MAKATI CITY
EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION
-Graduate of Civil Engineering
-Licensed Civil Engineer
