HR Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Engagement Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture within our organization.

What you'll be doing:
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, programs, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture
• Conduct employee feedback surveys, focus groups, and interviews to identify engagement drivers and areas for improvement
• Analyze data and metrics related to employee satisfaction, turnover, and engagement, providing actionable insights to management
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and promoting open communication across all levels of the organization
• Design and promote employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and contributions
• Support change management efforst by engaging employees during organizational transitions



What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related role
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational goals
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure engagement
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and HR software is a plus
