Assistant Operations Manager Interisland (Muntinlupa City)

This role will be responsible for providing operational support for commodities business based in Shanghai
Determine the adequacy and adjust inventory levels of all goods and supplies necessary of the operation of the donor center
Review and monitor special projects for accuracy and timely completion
Expected to use your independent judgment and discretion in making important operational decisions
Expected to issue appropriate discipline to I.L.A
Deliver solutions to complex issues by acting as the primary point of contact for specified business lines &/or processes
Ensure that all functions within the team follow relevant procedures and are compliant with regulatory requirements and follow best practice
Implement corrective actions when you identify unclean and safe working environments
Thoroughly investigate accidents and incidents and generate timely and accurate reports
Strategically manage operations resources in a safe, efficient, and cost effective manner
