Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA solutions, particularly in the area of supply chain management. This role will involve advising clients, implementing solutions, and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance overall business efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting & Implementation:

Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions, including modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with business needs.
Customize and configure SAP S/4HANA to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Process Optimization & Integration:

Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization through process improvements and automation.
Integrate SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP EWM) to streamline workflows and enhance data flow.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
Training & Support:

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain applications and functionality.
Ensure ongoing support during and after system go-live to maximize user adoption and business continuity.
Client Engagement & Strategy:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their supply chain needs are addressed.
Offer strategic guidance on supply chain best practices, advising on process redesign and technology adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop supply chain roadmaps and transformation strategies.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features, industry trends, and best practices.
Recommend new functionalities, enhancements, and upgrades to improve supply chain operations and deliver value.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentor junior consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions in a supply chain context.
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules, including SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP WM, or similar.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
Experience in system integrations, particularly with other SAP and third-party solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
