Job Description

Overview
As an SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategies to improve an organization's master data management and governance processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SAP-based solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Strategy Development
Lead and support business transformation projects focusing on master data governance and management.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and analyze business requirements using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Develop and implement end-to-end SAP MDG strategies and processes.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Data Governance & Master Data Integration
Configure and implement SAP MDG workflows, Business Rules Framework (BRF), and Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
Manage Customer-Vendor Integration (CVI) and ensure optimal MDG architecture deployment.
Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading jobs using SAP BODS and Syniti Advanced Data Migration tools.
Migration & Data Conversion
Utilize LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), and ABAP programs for data migration.
Perform mock conversions and validate data integrity until production readiness for SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Client Collaboration & Communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication throughout projects.
Support proposal drafting and effectively manage client interactions.
Internal Development & Practice Building
Contribute to internal projects, thought leadership development, and service offerings.
Participate in developing intellectual property (IP) and process improvements.

Required Experience
SAP Master Data Governance Tools
Proficiency in SAP ABAP (Object-Oriented Programming).
Experience configuring and developing RICEFWs for SAP MDG requirements.
SAP Business Objects
Expertise in SAP BODS for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs.
Strong knowledge of SQL, lookup functions, query mapping, and transformation operations.
SAP Migration & Data Tools
Hands-on experience with LSMW, LTMC (Migration Cockpit), and Syniti ADM.
Deep understanding of SAP tables and data object structures.
Project Experience
Experience in SAP MDG and data migration projects (consulting or internal projects).
Proven expertise in data governance processes, data modeling, and end-to-end project implementation.

Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Law, Science, or a related field.
