Job Description
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Work as part of a supportive team to ensure the best possible customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work in shifts
