Job Overview
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify potential leads.
Guide prospects through a consultative sales process over the phone, helping them assess goals, needs, and partnership opportunities.
Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Accurately record and manage customer and sales data in the database.
Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain the company’s reputation.



Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the BPO industry (Outbound Sales).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication to engage clients.
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and email.
Experience with B2B sales, especially with resellers, wholesalers, or retailers - is a plus!
Ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
Strong follow-up skills to maintain long-term business relationships.
Understanding of consumer trends and reseller needs.
Ability to quickly learn about new products and effectively present their value.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle objections and close sales.
Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
