Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to real estate audiences.
Platform Management: Oversee and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster relationships and trust with followers.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Content Creation
Content Planning: Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal real estate trends.
Visual Content Creation: Plan Design eye-catching graphics, edit high-quality videos, and produce reels/stories showcasing
properties, market insights, and client testimonials.
Copywriting: Write engaging captions, blogs, and email newsletters that resonate with the target audience.
Trend Integration: Incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content to maximize visibility and engagement.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing head, graphic designers, and videographers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Partner with the Marketing head to create promotional campaigns for featured properties or services.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Managing and Content Creator, preferably in the real estate industry.
Exceptional skills in creating and editing digital content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Ability to create engaging and professional voice recordings using voice recording software/tools.
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere
Pro).
Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with real estate trends and buyer/seller behavior is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
Office base
Willing to relocate to Cavite
