What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer support for high-tech audio products
Assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support
Provide an outstanding experience for customers in the financial services industry
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of BPO experience
Financial services experience is a plus
Strong written & verbal communication skills (Intermediate level)
Ability to type 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
