Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
• Answer customer calls and emails, helping them troubleshoot technical issues.
• Walk customers through solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

What We’re Looking For
• College graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who enjoys breaking down technical info into simple steps.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
