Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
• Utilize client-specific tools to track and manage customer interactions.
• Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
• At least a High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in an international voice account.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• A customer-first mindset with great attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
