Job Description
We are seeking a SaaS Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our cloud-based call center solutions. This role involves working closely with Heycx , Quality Assurance Ai, and customer support teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Strategy & Roadmap
* Define and execute the product vision for SaaS-based call center solutions.
* Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in cloud-based call center technologies.
Qualifications
* 2-7 years of product management experience, preferably in SAAS or call center company
* Strong understanding of contact center operations, workforce management (WFM), and customer experience (CX) tools.
* Experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus
* Knowledge of AI-driven automation and CRM integrations preferably Heycx and QA Ai
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in product management tools
* Flexibility in task management, and enhanced workflow for continuous improvement
