Job Description
Work Location: Makati
Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱22,000 (with increase after hiring)
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Development & Change Management:
Develop and implement OD strategies that support business objectives.
Lead change management initiatives for smooth organizational transitions.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend best practices.
Facilitate team-building activities and leadership development programs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Design and execute employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive improvements.
Develop initiatives to enhance workplace culture and boost employee morale.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts through training and policy recommendations.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Design and implement leadership development programs.
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and career development initiatives.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
Collaborate with managers to implement effective performance management strategies.
Design and improve competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
Provide guidance on employee development plans and coaching opportunities.
HR Metrics & Workforce Analytics:
Analyze workforce trends, turnover rates, and HR metrics to support decision-making.
Measure the impact of OD initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
Utilize HR technology and data analytics tools for reporting and insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, OD, training, or change management.
Strong knowledge of OD methodologies, performance management, and leadership development.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
