Job Description
Maintain customer accounts
Analyze data to track payments
Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer payment records
Prepare and send out invoices
Process incoming payments
Reconcile customer accounts
Issue credit notes
Create AR aging and metrics reports
Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
