Job Description

Operates the control system of the terminal such as the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) necessary for cargo in loading and out loading operation
• Ensures that the procedures and guidelines in monitoring the terminal operations through the PLC control system conforms with the standards set to meet the company's objectives and priorities
• Performs minor troubleshooting and resetting of alarms in the PLC program and other devices during the operations in coordination with maintenance
• Reports to the supervisor/maintenance all noted alarms and troubles for proper disposition
• Monitors and keeps record of data pertaining to the performance and productivity of the terminal operations
•Performs other relevant functions as assigned by the immediate superior and management
• Performs other IT-related tasks assigned
