Job Description

What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for customers needing assistance with orders, returns, and product recommendations.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and delivery concerns.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences through professional and friendly support.
- Provide insights on promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
- Document customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (retail or e-commerce preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for helping customers and improving their shopping experience.
- Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Salary:
₱24,000.00 Monthly
