Do you have Global Distribution System (GDS) experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Join our team as a Call Center Agent (Voice) and help customers with their travel-related inquiries and bookings while earning up to ₱33,000, plus incentives. What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate and efficient resolutions for customer concerns.
• Utilize GDS tools and client-specific software to manage transactions.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO international voice account.
• Hands-on experience with Global Distribution System (GDS) tools is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
