What is your mission?

Adhere to procedures and work flows for managing interactions, both voice (inbound, outbound, consultation, escalation, etc.) and non-voice (email, reporting, information processing, etc.)

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?

At least 2 years of college undergraduate (with or without back subjects) or a completed associate's/diploma degree

Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO setting.

Good understanding of consumer electronics products

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Amenable to work on rotating shifts

With access to a quiet and secured room and at least a 30 MBPS internet subscription

Can temporarily work from home and onsite in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
