Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and payment processing.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use client-specific tools and software to manage interactions effectively.
• Maintain a customer-first approach with patience and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (New Curriculum) graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, billing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, QC.
