Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in global/regional workshops and project kick-offs.
- Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and design customized solutions.
- Lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including design, configuration, and customization.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Perform analysis, localization, and support project demands.
- Provide mentorship to team members, encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Drive design and architecture to align with client needs and best practices. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud HCM features and trends.

Qualifications:
Functional Role:
- 4-7 years of relevant HR experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
- Expertise in Oracle Core HR modules (Recruitment, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.).
- End-to-end Oracle HCM implementation experience, including requirements gathering and deployment.
- Client-facing experience across diverse industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.

Technical Role:
- 2-7+ years of IT or Operations experience, with 1-3+ years in Program/Project Management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities (Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor).
- Proficient in HCM Data Conversion, ETL, and Oracle Cloud integration tools (HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI, OBIEE, ODI).
- Technical skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Proven ability to manage teams or lead technical projects.
- Experience with other SaaS HCM products is a plus.

Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Oracle Cloud Certification.
- PPSM Certifications.
- Strong project management skills in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
