Join our team and help us deliver an excellent online shopping experience! We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Associate to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
-- Order & Customer Management – Process orders efficiently, ensure timely delivery, and handle customer inquiries.
-- Delivery Tracking – Monitor shipments, coordinate with couriers, and resolve delivery concerns.
-- Inventory Management – Maintain stock accuracy, minimize expired/damaged products, and ensure timely replenishment.
-- Safety & Compliance – Follow quality standards, enforce security policies, and uphold operational procedures.
-- Cross-Department Coordination – Work closely with other teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
-- Bachelor’s degree in any course (preferred).
-- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-- Team player with a proactive approach.
-- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
