Job Description

• Leads the sales team to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Develops and implements training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and competence of the sales team; includes training needs assessment and maintenance of training logs
• Designs and delivers training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, communication skills, and industry-specific competencies.
• Keeps the sales team updated on the latest industry trends and product information.
• Identifies and provides the necessary tools and resources to enable the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
• Ensures that the team has access to up-to-date product information and marketing materials.
• Collaborates with the sales team to ensure the highest level of customer service to trade partners.
• Addresses customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Ensures that the sales team strictly adheres to industry standards and regulations, including ethical and legal requirements.
• Monitors and audits sales team activities to maintain compliance.
• Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and their adherence to standards.
• Provides regular feedback and performance evaluations to sales team members.
• Collects and analyzes customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer servicing.
• Collaborates with the sales team to implement changes and enhancements.
• Generates regular reports on the sales team's performance, compliance, and customer service metrics.
• Presents findings to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
