Job Description
• Attend to both inbound & outbound telephone calls in accordance with the standard operating procedures
• Processing of after sales transactions and documentations which include inquiries and requests for heavy equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and parts requisitions
• Identify sales opportunities to further enhance client relationships
