Job Description
> Oversee the asset disposal and leasing team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.
> Responsible for meeting monthly targets for asset disposal and leasing set by management.
> Responsible for growing broker network.
> Review and analyze sales and marketing reports and prepare accurate summarized sales and expense reports.
> Continuously make sure that asset disposal and leasing are complaint
Qualifications:
• Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication or any equivalent course
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, organizing and implementing the Sales Process or related position on any Real Estate Industry.
• Have the ability to create a Calendar of Events for Sales, Meetings and Trainings
• Constant Monitoring of Site and Unit to ensure its Saleable condition (may have to coordinate with PMO)
