Job Description:
Provide voice support for an e-commerce account by handling order processing, tracking, refunds, and account inquiries. Assist customers in resolving concerns efficiently while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications:
College graduate (any course) – No experience required OR
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
