Job Description

Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of financial records, optimizes financial performance, and provides strategic financial guidance. The Finance Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial efficiency and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus).
At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
