Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Specialist to support our operations in Manila. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Japanese and English and will assist in translation, interpretation, customer support, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to English and vice versa
- Serve as an interpreter for meetings, calls, and business discussions
- Provide customer service support for Japanese-speaking clients via email, phone, or chat
- Assist in business correspondence and communication between local teams and Japanese counterparts
- Support in reporting, documentation, and data entry as needed
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Perform other administrative or language-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese (N2/N1 JLPT level preferred)
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Languages, or any related field
- Experience in translation, customer service, or business communication is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
