Job Description
• We are looking for experienced BPO Agents with Global Distribution System (GDS) experience to handle customer inquiries and deliver high-quality support. Work on-site at our Bridgetowne location and earn up to 33K, plus incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize GDS tools and other client-specific software to track and manage interactions.
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
Qualifications:
• At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience with Global Distribution System (GDS) experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
