Job Description
Design and develop Pega applications, workflows, and integrations to optimize business processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement Pega best practices, including case management, decisioning, and robotic process automation (RPA).
Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure high-quality application performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other enterprise systems.
Stay updated on the latest Pega platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Pega development, implementation, and customization.
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, rules, and case management.
Experience with Pega integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, database connections, external systems).
Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on large-scale Pega implementations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Exposure to cloud-based Pega solutions and upgrade
