Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you are assigned to. Your role is to provide exceptional support to customers and clients of some of the world's biggest and most sought-after brands.
Qualifications:
• Education: Associate Graduate (any course)
• Experience: At least 2 years in a call center handling a Healthcare Account
