Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve concerns efficiently.
Manage complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
Qualifications:
High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum).
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 12 months international voice call center experience.
Willing to work on-site in Fairview.
