Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and healthcare services.
- Assist in processing claims, verifying patient information, and resolving concerns.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medical products and services.
- Ensure a compassionate and professional approach to healthcare-related concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- Experience in customer service or healthcare-related accounts is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
