Job Description

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced BPO Agents to handle customer inquiries and deliver top-tier support. Work on-site at our Bridgetowne location and earn up to 30K, plus incentives.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally.
Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
Utilize client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.

Qualifications:
At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
Minimum 1 year of BPO international voice experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
