Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Culinary school certification or associate’s degree in culinary arts or hospitality management (preferred).
Experience:
2–5 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards.
Experience with kitchen inventory management and food cost control.
Certifications (often required or beneficial):
Food Handler’s or ServSafe Certification (required in most regions).
First Aid/CPR certification (a plus).
