Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR – Voice) to provide outstanding customer support and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service, join our team on-site in Bridgetowne and earn up to ₱24,000 plus incentives.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests with empathy and expertise.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.

Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in every interaction.
Qualifications:
College graduate in any field.
At least 6 months of BPO international voice experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne with a flexible schedule.
