Job Description
• We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR – Voice) to provide outstanding customer support and ensure a seamless experience. Join us on-site at our Bridgetowne location and earn up to 24K, plus incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Ensure efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
Qualifications:
• College graduate
• At least 6 months of BPO international voice experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.
