In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent service, and help resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2nd year in college or a K-12 graduate.
With or without prior experience in a call center or customer service role.
Good to excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Willing to start immediately and work on-site.
