Job Description
Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: Baguio
Salary: Up to Php 19,500 per month
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts
Qualifications:
Senior High School Graduate
At least 6 months of BPO experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via calls and emails
Resolve inquiries and issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
