Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide accurate information about products or services.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
Process transactions, update customer records, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Follow company policies and procedures to meet quality standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (new curriculum).
With at least 6-11 months of Call Center experience in an International Voice account (preferred but not required).
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
Customer service-oriented with active listening and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on-site in Alabang and flexible with shifting schedules.
