Job Description
- Ensure company operations align with import/export regulations, tariff classifications, and trade agreements.
- Manage customs clearance procedures and resolve trade compliance issues.
- Develop and implement customs compliance programs to minimize risks.
- Liaise with government agencies, customs authorities, and legal representatives on trade-related matters.
Required Skills:
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines but accounting background is not necessary.
- Must have 4 years of related experience in Customs engagements (due diligence, health checks and advisory)
- Experience in handling complex customs compliance matters and audits is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client relationships and provide legal guidance in high-pressure situations.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
