Job Description
- Review and assess complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and financial instruments.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance.
- Conduct financial due diligence and support M&A transactions, IPOs, and business restructurings.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior accounting professionals.
Required Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance or accounting advisory services.
- Experience in a consulting firm or professional services organization is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, with the ability to manage complex financial statements and analyses.
- Have CIA certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
