Quality Control Supervisor

Salary Range: PHP 25,000.00 – 30,000.00

Location: San Juan

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Description:

Oversee the activities of QC Inspectors during production and post-production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and assign tasks to QC Inspectors, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
Monitor daily inspections of production machinery, ensuring proper functioning and identifying potential issues.
Perform random inspections of finished goods based on a defined sampling plan, verifying compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, including any deviations or non-conformances.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of quality control procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Quality Management, or a related science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
At least 3 years of experience in a QC role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in using quality management systems and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
