Job Description
1. Communicate with US product team to collect requirements and customer feedback
2. Design product prototype and communicate with Ul team to finish mockups;
3. Write feature specifications, communicate with Dev and QA team during implementation to ensure requirements are well-received, smoke test after beta release.
4. Train and support junior team members.
Achievements:
1. Learn how to build reports in tableau from scratch, help tech team to research and solve integration issues, get positive feedback from customers after release
2. Market Data module Redesign: redesign Ul with clear and simple workflow to provide better
user experience; both sales team and customers benefit a lot
3. Job Pricing Redesign: redesign Ul and consolidate features in a central place to help user easy to start pricing and track status. Enhance recommendation for pricing with new cross match methodology. This improves customers' working efficiency as well as retention rate
4. Our win rate is increased from 40% to 60% after release of new market data and job pricing
5. Adjust employee data upload/view/edit/export in product to apply GDPR to avoid legal risk
