Job Description
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday - Friday | Morning Shift
Responsibilities:
Assist in manufacturing processes and product development
Conduct basic root cause analysis and suggest improvements
Support new product introduction in a manufacturing environment
Monitor production efficiency and report issues
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare and maintain technical documents and reports
Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency
Use Microsoft Office for reports and data tracking
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in manufacturing or product engineering (preferred)
Knowledge in project management & root cause analysis
Experience in new product introduction & development
Strong technical & documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Engineering graduate
