Job Overview:
- Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR – Voice) and assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Work on a dayshift schedule at our Bridgetowne site while providing top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Utilize client-specific tools and software to manage interactions.
- Maintain a customer-first approach with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:
- At least a High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School (new curriculum) graduate.
