Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
I.
- Basic knowledge in cleaning equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
i.e low speed polisher, pressure washer, wet and dry vacuum cleaner
- Issuance of equipment and tools for every project, issuance and securing of accountability form
- Facilitation of inoperative equipment to repair shop. ( Scheduling, Processing of IR, NTE, Job Order)
- Mobilize/Demobilize service unit in replacement for unit under repair.
- Monitor equipment under repair and request for budget
- Visit site/ projects for inventory and monitoring of equipment and tools.
II.
- Perform monthly inventory for all issued equipment and tools
- Asset tagging and control number
- Checking of cleanliness and condition of equipment and tools for every project
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are available for project use.
- Conduct stockroom inventory and maintain accurate inventory of functional and non-functional equipment.
III.
- Facilitate office equipment and tools that needs repair
i.e mop, electronic devices, staff tables and chair - Keep stockroom/ storage room organized at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vocational Course related to the job
• Residing within Metro Manila
• Amenable to commute/ Willing to travel
• With own motorcycle is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Cleaning Supplies, Equipment and Tools
