As a Digital Finance Process Transformation Manager, you'll drive initiatives to optimize finance functions, improve operational efficiency, and implement scalable transformation strategies. You’ll contribute to various service offerings, including finance transformation, shared services design, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance workstream in large-scale business transformation projects.
Conduct As-Is process assessments and To-Be process designs, recommending actionable improvements.
Lead design and implementation of finance shared services operating models for maximum efficiency.
Conduct business case analyses for finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing advisory, and operations improvement initiatives.
Support client account teams in business development, including RFP responses, solution development, client presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Apply established frameworks, methods, and best practices to deliver client-focused solutions.
Contribute to the development and growth of the Finance Transformation practice, ensuring continuous improvement in tools, processes, and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
Proven experience in finance transformation projects, shared services setup, and target operating model design and implementation.
Familiarity with leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, and other finance software solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
Professional designations such as CPA, MBA, or similar qualifications are a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver insights to drive strategic financial decision-making.
